Indian Snacks - Frozen Haryali Seekh


Haryali is the Hindi word for Greenery and a Seekh is a Skewer. In these delicious Kebabs, you will find Spinach and Green Peas in a superb blend of spices, shaped around skewers, Ready to Fry. The touch of Soya Granules improves the texture while the flavours of Ginger, Garlic and Garam Masala will engulf your plate. India is blessed with a profusion of vegetables, in a Dazzling Array of Colours, Tastes and Flvours. Over thousands of years, Indian Cooks have combined vegetables with spices, herbs and seasonings, cooked them in a variety off ways and served them to universal acclaim. In these Crunchy Batons, you will find another instance of this tradition. Serve them hot, with a Sweet-Sour Chutney or a Mint-Coriander Dip.

Warning Cooking Instructions

Ice crystals on frozen food can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.

For best result cook straight from frozen. Replace unused product in the freezer immediately.

Deep Fry Oven Bake

Fry frozen veg. Haryali Seekh in hot oil at 350 f (180c) for 2 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove and serve hot.

Preheat oven to 425 f (250 c). Arrange frozen haryali seekh in a single layer in ovenable tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden crispy. Remove and serve hot.

Microwave Oven

Thaw the product to room temperature. Pierce film cover on tray several time. Heat tray on high setting for 45 seconds. Remove film cover and serve hot. Above timing may need adjustment depending on microwave oven wattage.
