Indian Snacks - Frozen Moti Kebabs Moti Kababs


Surprise your palate with the inimitable taste and texture of these dumplings, where the familiar potato is turned into a mouthwatering concoction, with the addition of sago pearls, fresh green chillies, coriander leaves and select spices. Shaped into bite-sized dumplings, ready to fry, these Moti Kababs will entice you to come back for more. Whether they are called koftas, bondas or golis, the dumpling has found great favour with Indian cooks down the ages. You will meet them as fried snacks or cooked in aromatic gravies. In the Moti Kabab, the use of sago pearls is an unusual, if most delectable touch. Serve with a chutney or relish of your choice.

Warning Cooking Instructions

Ice crystals on frozen food can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.

For best result cook straight from frozen. Replace unused product in the freezer immediately.

Deep Fry Oven Bake

Fry frozen veg. Moti Kebab in hot oil at 350 f (180c) for 2 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove and serve hot.

Preheat oven to 425f (250c). Arrange frozen Moti Kebab in a single layer in ovenable tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden crispy. Remove and serve hot.

Microwave Oven

Thaw the product to room temperature. Pierce film cover on tray several time. Heat tray on high setting for 45 seconds. Remove film cover and serve hot. Above timing may need adjustment depending on microwave oven wattage.
