Indian Snacks - Frozen Pudina Rings

In these delicate snacks, the cool, fragrant infusion of mint leaves brings an amazing counterpoint to the hot and sour blend of green chillies and dry mango powder. Each bite introduces you first to the crisp, crunchy outer layer, and then you enjoy the spicy, minty, tangy inner filling. In Indian dishes, a frequent companion of mint leaves are fresh coriander leaves. Here too, these green leaves have been added to bring alive the flavour. In India, it is believed that herbs and spices not only enhance the complete culinary experience of any dish, but they also have a therapeutic value. And everyone agrees that munching spicy snacks make you feel happy ! Tradition has never tasted this good before.
