PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In India, a skewer is called a seekh and these kebabs have been shaped around skewers, ready to be fried. The rich, yet nutty taste of Bengal gram is blended with soyabean granules into a smooth puree. Onions and Garlic play their indispensable role of heightening the taste and texture. A careful combination of herbs and spices brings out the exotic nature of the recipe, yet is subtly enticing. In the royal Mughal kitchens of yore, you would find skewers with these succulent kebabs placed on glowing embers, and just a whiff of their aroma would make your mouth water. Open this packet for another royal experience.

Serve these vegetarian kebabs with drinks, as side dishes in a meal or simply by themselves.

Channa Dal [Bengal Gram Dal (Lentils)] (30%), Soya Granules (30%), Fresh Onion, Refined Sunflower Oil, Fine Wheat Flour, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Green Coriander Leaf, Fresh Green Chili Pepper, Ginger, Salt, Red Chili Pepper, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves, Carum Seeds, Coriander, Bay Leaf, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg & Mace.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Warning Cooking Instructions

Ice crystals on frozen food can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.

For best result cook straight from frozen. Replace unused product in the freezer immediately.

Deep Fry Oven Bake

Fry frozen veg. Seekh kebab in hot oil at 350 f (180 c) for 2 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Remove and serve hot.

Preheat oven to 425 f (250 c). arrange frozen seekh kebab in a single layer in tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden crispy. Remove and serve hot. 

Microwave Oven Serving Suggestions

Thaw the product to room temperature. Pierce film cover on tray several time. Heat tray on high setting for 45 seconds. Remove film cover and. Serve hot. Above timing may need adjustment depending on microwave oven wattage
